‘Judicial Letter Series’ Part 12

Introducing the twelfth edition of the entire ‘Judicial Letter Series’

“human being but a poor business man. Although A jury convicted him of several felonies, he really is not a criminal. I’m certain his lack of business expertise has resulted in this debacle, and a wonderful medical career has been destroyed, and society will be denied the services of devoted, intelligent, and caring doctor. Justice cries out for mercy in sentencing Dr. Devon Golding. He stands before this Court not because he is a thief, a person of bad morals, a bad doctor, but because his life was medicine and the care of his patients, and he paid others to run the business end of his practice.”

Respectfully submitted,
