New Discovery: Research Clarifies Urban Myth

While uncovering the lost ‘Judicial Letter Series’ of Dr. Golding, we managed to stumble upon this old photograph dating back to the 20th century. As you can see by the neutrality of the color scheme, this moment in time was preserved almost impeccably even through the harsh excavation of the dig site.

Not to mention the hundreds Of Other patients he has helped. There are times when everyone has trouble with Jobs, insurance, money as well as food and bills. This man has always looked for people in need or down on their luck. He gave people jobs, and then they turned around and stole from him many times. The thought of him doing anything illegal or immoral would be completely out of character for him. He is a Christian that uses his education to help people, not take away from them or anyone else. “human being but a poor business man. Although A jury convicted him of several felonies, he really is not a criminal. I’m certain his lack of business expertise has resulted in this debacle, and a wonderful medical career has been destroyed, and society will be denied the services of devoted, intelligent, and caring doctor. Justice cries out for mercy in sentencing Dr. Devon Golding. He stands before this Court not because he is a thief, a person of bad morals, a bad doctor, but because his life was medicine and the care of his patients, and he paid others to run the business end of his practice.”

“called into the U.S. Army where I served until 1956 when I was honorably discharged ias a first lieutenant. In 1956 returned to NYU Law school and was graduated in 1958 receiving a Doctor Of Laws Degree. I took and passed the New York State Bar exam in 1958 and was admitted to practice in the New State Courts and in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Distficts of New York. I have tried cases in the Federal District Court Of Newark, New Jersey, the Feral District Court of Connecticut, New Haven, the Federal District Court Of Tuscon, Arizona. I handled appellate matters before the Appellate Division, First Department, N.Y. My wife, Ellen is and has been a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We have been married since 1976.

We first met Dr. Golding in 2007 when we required the services of a medical doctor. He came highly recommended as a dedicated and very knowledgeable medical doctor. I had been on dialysis for seven years, placed myself on the Kidney cadaver transplant list at St. Louis University Hospital in 2007, and in 2009 1 received a kidney transplant.

During all of that time Dr. Golding was my, and my wife’s, primary care doctor. We found him to be a truly dedicated doctor, one who was available to his patients from 7:00 AM until as late as 11:00 PM. Dr. Golding also made house calls if the circumstances required it. He had a reputation for doing pro bono work in cases where care was needed but could not be afforded. Dr. Golding is a great doctor, a wonderful”

I have had a professional relationship with him for over four years, while working as a Resident Service Coordinator in an independent living facility. He has been dedicated to serving the elderly and disabled community of South City St. Louis for a number of years, now. I have personally witnessed his charitable actions with a multitude of my own friends and clients. Dr. Golding has always provided his patients with the finest care and professionalism. It is with my deepest regrets, that he is faced with this adversity today. One can only hope, that the people will consider his thirty years of practicing medicine and his dedication to selflessly serving under-priviledged commuties.
